Since our standard processing time is 1-3 business days, any request made after the initial 24-hour window may not be guaranteed, as the order may already be prepared for dispatch or handed over to our global shipping partners.

In this instance, you will need to receive the package and follow our 30-day Return Policy. Please note that shipping is Worldwide, and once the 6-12 business day transit period has begun, the package must reach its destination before a return can be initiated.
